Terms and conditions
Applicability
These terms apply to all quotes, requests and agreements between Suri Plus Global and its business clients regarding the purchasing, import, export, logistics and storage of goods.
Quotes
All quotes from Suri Plus Global are without obligation and non-binding, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. A quote request via the website does not constitute an agreement. An assignment only comes into being after mutual written confirmation.
Performance
Suri Plus Global makes every effort to carry out agreed services carefully and on time. Delivery times are indicative; international trade also depends on customs, transport and circumstances beyond our control.
Liability
The liability of Suri Plus Global is limited to direct damage and to the amount paid out in the relevant case by our liability insurance, or to the invoice value of the relevant assignment if no insurance pays out.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
